Shipping and delivery

We deliver across India. Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 days of being placed. Remote locations can take a little longer. You can see an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. You can follow your order at any time on the Track order page with your order number and mobile number. Once your order ships we add the courier and tracking number there.

Returns and refunds

Naphthalene balls are a consumable household product, so we cannot take back opened packs. If your pack arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong or missing items, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement.

If we cannot replace an item, we refund it to your original payment method. Payments made online are refunded through Razorpay; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Privacy policy

What we collect. When you order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address, together with the items you ordered and how you paid. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details; online payments are handled by Razorpay.

Why we use it. Only to deliver your order, send order and delivery updates (including on WhatsApp), answer your questions, handle returns and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with. Our delivery partners (to deliver your parcel), Razorpay (to process online payments) and Supabase (which hosts our order database). We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

On your device. This website saves your bag and delivery details in your own browser so you do not have to type them again. You can clear them any time by clearing your browser data. We do not use advertising cookies.

Terms of sale

Products on naphclean.com are sold by Lumisha India Private Limited. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We confirm an order once it is placed and, for online and UPI payments, once payment is received. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Use the product as directed on the pack: keep it away from children and pets, do not ingest it, and do not use it in kitchens or near food. It is for enclosed storage spaces only.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kolkata have jurisdiction.
