NaphClean naphthalene balls are made from 99.5%+ pure naphthalene — a naturally occurring aromatic hydrocarbon. We do not use paradichlorobenzene (PDCB) substitutes or fillers. Each batch is lab-tested before packaging.

Place 4–6 balls in a perforated pouch or cloth sachet and hang it at the top of your wardrobe. Do not place balls directly on fabric as they may leave stains. Close the wardrobe doors to trap the vapour. Replace every 3–4 months or when balls have fully evaporated.

For a standard wardrobe: 50–100g. For a large wardrobe or almari: 100–200g. For a storage room or attic: 200–400g. For bathrooms (toilet/drain repellent): 50–100g placed near drainage areas. We recommend the 400g pack for bulk or multi-area use.

Yes. Naphthalene balls are effective at repelling cockroaches, silverfish, and other bathroom insects. Place them near drainage pipes, behind the toilet, or in bathroom corners. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. Do not place in water.

In a closed wardrobe or storage space, NaphClean balls typically last 3–4 months. In open or ventilated spaces (like bathrooms), they may evaporate faster — typically 1–2 months. Temperature and air circulation affect evaporation rate.

Only if placed in direct contact with fabric. Always use a cloth pouch or perforated bag between the balls and your clothes. NaphClean balls stored properly in a hanging sachet will not stain garments.

When used as directed, naphthalene balls are safe for household use. The key precautions are: keep them out of reach of children and pets, do not ingest, use only in well-sealed storage areas, and wash hands after handling. Avoid placing in food storage areas.

Ingestion is dangerous — keep them completely out of reach of children and pets. Store in childproof containers. If ingested, contact a doctor or poison control immediately. In normal household use with proper placement (inside wardrobes, storage), the vapour level is considered safe by standard guidelines.

Reseal the original airtight bag tightly after use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep away from food and beverages. Do not store near flammable materials as naphthalene is combustible.

Move the person to fresh air immediately. If symptoms like headache, nausea, or dizziness persist, consult a doctor. Ensure rooms with naphthalene storage are periodically ventilated. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and do not induce vomiting unless directed by a professional.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website. You can also log into your account on our store to check order status.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unopened and in original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
