Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  • You received the wrong product or wrong quantity.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Products that have been stored improperly after delivery.
  • Change-of-mind returns after 7 days.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us

Email care@naphclean.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product/packaging if damaged.

Approval

Our team reviews your request within 1 business day and will confirm approval along with return instructions.

Return Shipment

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label (for orders where the fault is ours). For general returns, courier charges are borne by the customer.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging as received
  • The product showing the damage or issue
  • Your order label/invoice

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no return required in most cases.
