Email care@naphclean.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product/packaging if damaged.
Our team reviews your request within 1 business day and will confirm approval along with return instructions.
For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label (for orders where the fault is ours). For general returns, courier charges are borne by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
